Today, Alec Bradley Cigar Co. announced the world wide pre-sale of the limited edition Black Market Esteli Diamond. This LE will be in their proprietary “Diamond” shape. The Black Market Esteli Diamond will be a 6 1/4 x 54 and will come 16 count boxes, and is limited to a production run of 1500 boxes. 

According to the press release, the diamond shape requires extra care during the blending process. To bolster the blend, an extra Nicaraguan Ligero Habano leaf was added to the blend, and is reportedly bolder than the rest of the Black Market line. 

Director of Sales and Marketing for Alec Bradley states, “The [“diamond”] shape pays homage to (Alec Bradley Founder) Alan Rubin’s triangular cigar – Trilogy…we wanted [to] change things up a bit and try diamond pressing the superb Black Market Esteli blend. The Black Market Esteli Diamond is sure to please palates globally.”

The 1500 boxes of Black Market Esteli Diamond are on pre-sale now to tobacconists worldwide. Alec Bradley plans on shipping the Black Market Esteli Diamond in June. The MSRP for the Black Market Esteli Diamond is $9.85 per cigar. The “diamond” shaped LE is being produced at Plasencia Cigars Nicaragua.
